Privacy notice.

This notice describes the quote form on the Delicate Surface Cleaners website.

Information you choose to provide

The form asks for your name, phone number, property suburb and requested service. You may also provide an email address and notes about the work. The page where you submit the form, the submission time and your agreement to be contacted are stored with the enquiry.

How it is used

Information is collected to review your request, discuss your property and prepare a quote. Submitting a quote request does not book a service and does not subscribe you to marketing.

Storage and access

Enquiry details are stored in the website’s hosting database. They are not displayed on public pages. The hosting provider also processes technical information needed to operate and secure the website.

Changes or deletion

You can ask for your enquiry to be corrected or deleted through the quote form. Include the reference provided after submission, where available, so the request can be located. Avoid entering payment details or other sensitive personal information.

Website resources

Fonts, images and scripts on this website are hosted with the site itself, so pages do not request resources from third-party providers. The site does not currently install advertising pixels or analytics cookies.
